Help other people who want to get in to running but feel embarrassed and about their shape or speed.

Encourage people when you see them running. Say hello. Congratulate them online.

Don’t run away from the problems you encounter. Use running to address them.

Use running for all the positive benefits it can bring you and others.

Run in all weather conditions outside and in your mind.
